Therapeutic areas
Two territories of the airway. One standard of intervention.
Programmes are specified with clinical institutions and are not offered directly to the public.

I — Sinus
Paranasal intervention.
The sinuses are a geometry problem before they are a pharmacological one. Our instruments place conditioned medium into cavities that ordinary delivery never reaches, at pressures the mucosa does not resent.
- Directed irrigation and conditioned aerosol
- Post-operative airway maintenance
- Chronic inflammatory management, clinician-supervised
II — Respiratory
Lower-airway therapy.
Below the larynx, tolerance narrows. Delivery must remain warm, humid, and steady over hours rather than minutes — a requirement of comfort that becomes a requirement of adherence.
- Continuous conditioned flow
- Long-duration nebulized delivery
- Institutional and at-home programmes
