Every Steralis instrument resolves the same three problems in the same order. The arrangement is proprietary; the discipline is not.
Conditioning
Air is warmed, humidified, and filtered before it is ever directed. The patient receives a prepared medium, not ambient room air under pressure.
Delivery
Particle geometry determines where a therapy settles. Our apertures are shaped to place it, rather than to push it.
Regulation
Pressure is held continuously and logged silently. Deviation is corrected before it becomes sensation.
Production
Manufactured where the air is already accounted for.
Assembly takes place in controlled-environment cells with independent air handling, continuous particulate monitoring, and validated cleaning cycles. Operators work to a written record; the record travels with the unit.
Facility locations are disclosed to institutional partners under agreement.
Materials
Surfaces chosen for what will not remain on them.
Medical-grade alloys, inert polymers, and finishes qualified for repeated sterilization without loss of tolerance. Composition is specified per programme.
